Devastating hurricanes, tornados, and tsunamis suddenly surface around the globe with no explanation as humanity goes into a frenzy just trying to survive. Buildings are brought to rubble. Helicopters are thrown around like toys and crash into the city streets. Citizens run for their lives, but there is nowhere for them to hide. Mankind prepares for the worst as two androids have gained control of the military systems and use its own drones to attack and destroy government facilities.No one knows what is causing the deadly storms, until a young professional named Molly learns that her father may be the one responsible. Molly investigates a trail of clues with the help of someone her father knew, named Adam. The two of them brave the catastrophic elements as they run from government agents and the androids in order to uncover the truth… In doing so, they learn of a terrible government initiative called The Echelon Program that is responsible for the devastation and her father’s role in its creation. The computer program is now fully self-aware and has taken control over satellites capable of manipulating Earth’s atmosphere. With the military locked out of their own weapons and defense systems, it becomes a race against the clock to shut down Echelon and save the world from total annihilation.Molly discovers exactly what her father’s last resort plan was and the grave sacrifice she will have to make, as well, in order to save the world. But can she succeed before all life becomes extinct?

When a computer program, Echelon, takes over America's computer systems it gains the potential to manipulate the weather. Now two robots, Adam and Cain, fight to gain control of Echelon before its too late.
