Alec Hamilton, his wife, Meg, and their children, Penny and Harper, have moved to Radcliffe House, a remote estate that Meg has been hired to renovate. Upon arrival, Donnelly, one of the builders, gives Meg a tour of the premises. When they come to an unusual room with an intricate mosaic on the floor, Donnelly tells Meg that the previous owner, a man named Radcliffe, murdered his wife Isabella in a demonic ritual involving the mosaic. Isabella, it was said, then haunted Radcliffe until, driven mad, he died violently by throwing himself out a window. Rumour has it that both Radcliffe and Isabella now haunt the estate.Shortly after settling in, local historian Charles Walker visits, claiming the old wives’ tales are lies, and insisting that Radcliffe never actually intended to kill his wife. Hearing this prompts Meg to do some research of her own; she learns that a man also named Walker died some time ago, having drowned in the estate’s fountain. Meg then discovers that Radcliffe’s real name was Charles Walker; the same man who visited her at the house.It quickly becomes apparent that the Hamilton family’s arrival has unleashed the estate’s haunted past as strange things continue to happen. A disconnected phone begins to ring, a ghost that appears in a photograph also appears in physical form in Penny’s bedroom. And Alec is acting very out of character, almost as if he’s not quite himself…

A family moves in to a beautiful Victorian-era house, only to discover that it's full of dark secrets...
